Zug, Switzerland/Alken, Belgium — March 4, 2010 — AnyDoc Software, a leading provider of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, announced today that it has partnered with Service Point Belgium as its newest value-added reseller (VAR).
A service provider with customers across all business industries and document-intensive processes, Service Point Belgium is part of Service Point Solutions, a multinational specialist for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Services. Service Point Belgium will be both an end-user and reseller of AnyDoc products and solutions.
Using solutions based on the flagship OCR for AnyDoc® for data capture and AnyDoc’s capture workflow solution Infiniworx®, Service Point will provide their customers with document processing services such as invoice processing, mail room management, and management of customer, patient, or personnel records.

As an AnyDoc VAR, Service Point can now offer their customers the option to use the AnyDoc solutions as in-house applications or in an outsourced environment, with their documents being processed by Service Point. “We see great potential for digital mailroom applications, mainly in the public sector, utilities, and healthcare,” Rambags continued. “The crucial factor is not so much the company size, but rather the document volume or the number of offices that have their own separate mailrooms. This is where we want to position the solutions AnyDoc®CLASSIFY™ and AnyDoc®Patient Records™.”
AnyDocCLASSIFY, powered by Infiniworx, automatically sorts, creates document batches (a group of documents related to one another, as defined by the user), and routes all documents, quickly and easily. AnyDoc Patient Records, also powered by Infiniworx, is tailored for hospitals and medical facilities to automatically identify, sort, and route all patient records.
