“Best Channel Vendors” were selected from an industry survey conducted between September and October of 2008.  Nearly 18,000 votes were received, and the survey results were calculated by Penn State University and the Business Solutions’ editorial staff to ensure accuracy.  Only ballots from Value-Added Resellers (VARs) were considered.  Vendors were only ranked if they received enough votes for a reasonable sampling in their technology category.
